Our Facility
Our main facilities are situated in the Kuala Belait Industrial Area. The facilities currently consist of five office blocks, workshops, warehouses and a chemical blending plant, situated on a 7 acre site.
The facilities have 24 hour security and complete CCTV coverage with all access points controlled by boom gates and office access controlled by Electronic ID Readers.
PTAS Facilities Layout Plan
Construction of the facilities commenced in 1993 with the establishment of an office block and 2078 sqm workshop complete with 10 tonne overhead crane on a ½ acre site.
In the year 2000 the facility was expanded with the construction of a further office block and 1789 sqm workshop complete with 8 tonne overhead crane on another ½ acre site immediately adjacent to the first building.
In 2007 the facility was further expanded to incorporate a Valve Storage Warehouse, Operations Office and Turbo Compressor Warehouse which incorporates a 25 tonne overhead crane.
In 2010 the facilities were further expanded with the construction of a secure warehouse and office.
